Agreed. Police shouldn't be able to use their power to penalize those who speak out about them. At the same time, cyberbullying is real and laws need to be updated/in place to do something about it.

No, we don’t needs speech laws, thankyouverymuch. Just the opposite, we need to levy kidnapping charges to police who falsely arrest people for their speech.
