As an Ohio voter, I second this! I love seeing my ACLU contributions doing something.
-
Didn’t we vote on redistricting in the May primaries this year? Pretty sure that was on the ballot and was passed.
-
I know... although I think we have to wait until the 2020 census for that to take effect? I could be totally wrong! Anyone plz correct me where that stands. We need it NOW before 2020.

Michigan put it on our ballot and it passed! Best of luck to States trying to undo the insane maps drawn by politicians. On a side note, I live in a Michigan district that is a crazy configuration. We organized enough to defeat the incumbent Republican. Keep Resisting!

The district maps need to be pulled from the political parties. No party should be able to gerrymander districts. So long as they draw then, there is self interest.

So Trump should stop bragging about his positive impact on Ohio! To quote one of the Usurper’s favorite phrases: “It was rigged!”

The only encouraging aspect? Republicans know they can't win a fair fight with their platform. They have to cheat.

My newly politically active son is livid at the blanket of red which spreads across Ohio due to gerrymandering. He is incredulous at how blatantly criminal the GOP is. He's also committed to changing it.

#StopTheGerrymandering districts will be redrawn after the 2020 census. Pressure your state representatives & governors to make reasonable not Gerrymandered boarders for voting districts.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

"The answer to partisan gerrymandering is not to allow the opposite political party to gerrymander instead. It is to create districts that reflect and respond to voters’ choices." Neither party should be able to.
