        Do you really think the President of the United States. Who consults lawyers and constitutional scholars......Is doing this because he just thinks he can? No he actually can, completely legal. Because birthright citizenship was never meant for illegals.

        You should read more. Birthright citizenship was never meant for illegals. That was some thing done in the sixties and they never passed any laws to ratify it. Yes he actually can do this.

        Birthright citizenship was meant for noncitizens. Slaves were not citizens, they became citizens because the only way it could be done is to make it a function of origin of birth. You should read more.
