1. Families in mourning don't need to deal with this guy's issues. 2. If this guy was demanding access to women's facilities, he was violating the rights of the real women.

With any issues of the use of Women only facilities resolved, I do think this is a case of discrimination & is directly related to their disclosure of being transgender.pic.twitter.com/VsecrMcZFy

Were those issues of real women not having to put up with this man in their facilities "resolved" though? And, really, do families dealing with a recent death have to put up with some dude having his gender issues?
-
No idea but it would need to be addressed & no, of course grieving families needs must be & remain the priority here This case tho strikes me as a red flag for discrimination in that the individual had already been there 6 years. Just seems wrong timing wise

I think that the business can claim he was violating the dress code, possibly upsetting female employees and was too much of a distraction for the business.
-
Could well be. We'll never know until the details from Court are released, will try to keep an eye out for this case

-
With the Supreme Court firmly under right wing control now, do you think he has a chance?
-
Not in Trumps America. If it IS genuine discrimination they may find it much harder I imagine. ALL genuine cases need a fair shot at Justice, I'm so worried for America

Sex discrimination is the actual term for the offense. They used it correctly.

I'm very sorry to hear this. Best of luck with your court case ACLU and Aimee. ** I'd rather have 1,000 Aimees than one Brett Kavanaugh.
