Activision Blizzard is filing to appeal the NLRB's Blizzard Albany QA election decision before ballots are counted, per docs an Activision rep sent to Polygon. Ballots have already been mailed out. The company is asking to "impound" votes until a new review is complete.

Leadership addressed the initial allegations from last year as β€œfactually incorrect, old, and out of context”, which, in turn, caused an employee walkout across the company. The continued dismissive responses from leadership have showed us that we have so much more work to do.

Jane Doe alleges that Vega often touched her inappropriately despite her stating that she was uncomfortable with this. Vega also made inappropriate remarks and even threatened several times to release photos of her that were sexual in nature without her consent.

BREAKING: The National Labor Relations Board has ruled in favor of 21 Blizzard Albany, formerly Vicarious Visions, quality assurance testers to vote in a union election. The board cited the low pay of testers compared to all other employees at the studio.
