not joking: yesterday, the outlet i ordered food from sent holi powder in a tiny container as festival complimentary. thought it was some fancy flavored podi (ordered andhra meals. thug life represent!) and sprinkled it on my rice.

"House of the Dragon": It is a completely different show than what I imagined. I thought it'd be a house where a small family of 4 dragons live. They have issues like leaks in the roof, forgot to buy groceries, problems at work, neighbour trouble. By God, its nothing like that!

just read an entire thread where people were discussing how autocracy is better than democracy to reform a large society. was horrified and thought good lord we should never give these morons the right to vote...and then realised hang on we both are making the same point.

I too have cheated couple of times playing chess. In the middle of the game, I go "huh whats that noise?" and when the opponent turns, i quickly take stuff off the board. Regrettably, those pieces were mine and I just lost those games way quicker than I needed to.

The argument should never reach "is watching the game at the stadium a great experience or not?" before first discussing cost. Literal cost and the cost of one's dignity/self respect. Personally I prefer watching it on a device. I seem to enjoy more (observationally) this way.
