I thought people didn’t want the police. I’m confused.

I’m confused. We got police. Why has this become a huge problem?

There doesn’t seem to be consequences for theft crimes in this current climate of “social justice” maybe?

A cop’s duty is to defend & protect the people; even people who disagree with them. They don’t get to choose who to defend & protect. Regardless which way the wind blows in the political discourse, they still need to live up to their duty. If not, give up that badge.

If they don’t like what’s going on then vote, but don’t disrespect that badge & disregard their duty. I support police. I understand they have a tough job & often have to make tough decisions. Good cops would support social justice, because they know it’s a righteous fight.

My tweet was directed towards DA’s like @chesaboudin who won’t prosecute criminals for not the officers who do their jobs just to see nothing happen
