Loving !! But a lot of people on Twitter calling the people in the show ‘inspiring’ or ‘extraordinary’, yet they are just normal people trying to get jobs who just need a chance. Rohan, Tim and Kayla, come work with us at anytime!

Watching and it's overwhelmingly clear that it's less about neurologically-diverse people changing who they are to "fit in", but a LOT more about *everyone* just being a lot less judgmental, more patient and kind. What a message 💗

We love hearing and seeing people's stories - especially when they get to tell it themselves! Good storytelling can be so impactful & powerful... The choice of words, the tone of voice, the pauses, the facial expressions, the gestures..
