JUST IN: ICE has confirmed that 26yo Kevin Mendoza is a Honduran national living in the U.S. illegally. Mendoza is at least the fourth undocumented immigrant arrested on rape charges in Montgomery County, Md. in less than one month. Full police press release on the case:

UPDATE: These allegations are among the worst I've ever seen. Kevin Mendoza stalked, tackled + strangled the victim before raping her beside a vending machine, cops say. The 26yo reportedly told the woman, "You know you like this." Security cameras caught the entire incident.

UPDATE: Prosecutors have filed a formal request for Mendoza to be transported to the Dennis Avenue Health Center in Silver Spring, Md. for a blood draw, sources tell me. The purpose is to determine if the accused rapist has HIV, AIDS, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and/or Hepatitis C.

I hope that every agency that failed to follow the detainer request is sued for every cent available. There is no excuse for this support of illegal aliens. Once it happens to a major Democrat family, it will suddenly be oh so terribly wrong and it will eventually happen. 😡🤬
