How f-cked up is it that in 2018 a company has to shut down for a day to teach their employees that its not ok to be racist dickwads to customers?

But Dunkin Donuts donuts suck. You could almost use them to build a house. I hear people say they love their coffee or breakfast sandwiches, but their donuts? Not so much.
