What's reprehensible is your employee calling the cops in the first place. do you know how many times i have seen white people go into a @Starbucks sit down and just start chatting it up or working on something without ever paying for anything ? Your employee is a huge part of it

Starbucks economic basics $5 per day; $25 per week; $100 monthly; $1200 annually. It's 2018 and a black man can't sit in a Starbucks while waiting for a colleague to arrive and then order.....

@Starbucks weak apology and lack of disciplinary action against the crew who called in the Police is "reprehensible" I for one will stop having meetings at#Starbucks as a Latino man I might be considered undesirable by their "Associates" better safe than sorry.#nomorestarbucks - 1 more reply

Complete the story “ Two black men who didn’t commit any crime or offend anyone”. It’s absurd

This actually happened to me in Portland. I waited for my buddy to show up, maybe 20 minutes. It was ugly outside and didn’t know downtown that well yet so Starbucks was an easy meeting place. Hadn’t ordered anything and was asked to order or leave. So I left. Easy.

And for the record, I think this is complete BS. Just wanted to let people know that this does happen to every type of person. We’ve been denied restrooms, and asked to leave places if not a customer. People are assholes, & the employee who called 911 is a perfect example of that

If they broke the law, throw them in jail. Crime is not a social experiment.

Close that Starbucks location. Knock the building down and built a statue which is representing the people who welcome any race in this country, our home, United States of America.

Charges will be dropped... and they should not go for a quick payout... it will look really bad if they try to get paid from this... my opinion
