ICE has Gestapo status and can arrest detain anyone citizen or not w/o warrant. ICE arrests don't require a bond hearing anymore. So whatever the major is doing is done to protect the citizen from a extraordinary questionable operating organization.

Frankly, I'm past the point of caring about the new American Gestapo (ICE). They are dangerous. They are NOT picking up people who have committed crimes, they are picking up hard working, tax paying parents dropping their kids off at school. Ooooh, how big and bad is that?
