Respect, the private sector is finally standing up and saying they’ve had enough. If the NRA won’t support gun legislation then it’s time to hurt them where it counts, their wallets. And if Congress won’t act then vote in the midterms and elect people who will.

Handguns are illegal in the UK and you have to go to a police station to register to own a gun. Far less shootings happen there and they didn’t wait for another tragedy to happen, kids died in a school shooting and they banned handguns. How come common sense doesn’t exist here?
-
I didn’t realize 19 year olds were planting bombs in UK schools. You would think we would have heard about that. Schools get bomb threats all the time here and the bombings in the UK are terror attacks. Also these attacks aren’t on schools.

It’s not the stores that sells the guns, that’s the issue. It’s the law folks. If laws don’t change their won’t be a solution to the problem. They should raise the age to purchase a gun in my opinion.
-
I agree with you. The laws must change, but what Dick’s is doing is limiting the accessibility of these specific types of guns in their business, to counter the fact that lawmakers are not moving intelligently and swiftly on either side.
-
I agree Tim

I need new running shoes plus some Chicago Blackhawk jerseys. I know where I will be shopping today. PS how many things and places has
@realDonaldTrump ruined for conservatives? They are basically trapped at home watching@seanhannity

Raises to the hand gun age restriction did not reduce crimes committed with a hand gun. The assault weapons ban in 90’s was proven by both sides to have zero impact. Previous actions have previous precedent of nonimpact yet we push the same narrative and expect different results?
