Same here. I felt like the officer was just doing his job. I had no problem cooperating.

if you are not who they are looking for and you don’t act like a prick by immediately whipping out your phone and filming them it’s not a big deal

My father is a retired police officer. 30+ years. He told me at a very young age how to handle any interaction with a police officer. It’s simple. Treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect. Act like a criminal they will treat you like one

How is this racist. It starts off with them looking for a perp named Kevin and when the spot someone who resembles him, he flips them off. So then when they want him to say his first name, he says f*ck you and calls them pigs?Hmmmm, doesn’t sound like the cops are in the wrong

Unconstitutional, someone needs to give these guys some re-training because they flunked this one.

I'm not sure why this is a problem. Officer thinks you match a description of someone they are looking for and you get insulted... Serious snowflakes...

Cops Can’t do A Job of ASKING A BLASTED QUESTION!!
#BrainDeadRacism -
He didn't just ask a question. With no probable cause he detained a pedestrian. It's called racial profiling and it is unconstitutional AF.

so they are not supposed to stop anyone who fits a description of a wanted suspect because they are black, but if the person who was stopped was white it could not be a civil rights issue, please tell me which right was violated? talking to a black person while white?
