Sonny doesn't look like he's ever missed a meal. Perhaps he's not the best person to address food insecurity.

LOL, you got that right! Thanks for the chuckle amongst all of this foolery.
-
The idiocy is just so exhausting.
-
To say the least. I have to take mini breaks from twitter because with each scroll my blood boils a little more.

Just stop already. This is immoral and inhumane. Who's making money on this plan because it's always about the money
-
Immoral to give someone food? People have been getting food boxes delivered for years, paying to have that service.
-
This plan is cutting benefits. These boxes aren't coming from Blue Apron. They will be filled with government surplus products.
-
I think it would be a win win. Source locally for fresh and healthy products bulstering local farming and ag. Then getting those healthy choices in homes that maybe don’t usually have them readily available for numerous reasons?
-
I rang up a pair of brothers this week. The oldest must have at least 21. The younger one was on a Caroline's cart. They bought stuff you didn't need to cook cause they were sleeping in their car. People know what they need, not the government.

You're not taking into considerations such as food allergy's. What about the people who are homeless on snap? What about the cost of shipping? How about healthy food choices? Why can't the snap recipients make their own food choices?

That says more about you than them.
-
Exactly! It's none of my business what people are buying.

So limit what can be bought with snap benefits. Like with wic, you can only get certain things.
-
Make it so you aren’t allowed soda etc. boxes of shit food are not the answer.
-
Kansas voted to not allow steaks and seafood. That's too bad. I'd rather they have access to healthy cuts of meat and not just hot dogs and hamburgers.

Why don't the lawmakers in favor of this eat that food for a year before trying to force it on everyone else
-
Some of them tried the food stamp challenge for a week. Many admitted it was tough but still support this cruelty.
