What about praying and meditation. I think is much better than hitting at things.

Hmm, is this a pay to break sort of therapy? If so, recently spent money & replaced old home carpet for hardwood. I broke & fixed. Same emotional response, felt relieving, awesome to rip out old. Except w/long term benefit of improving my home too.

So, breaking stuff is not new and it’s not a therapy just because the owners say so. Is there any empirical evidence? Was it derived from a well established psychological theory? Don’t call it therapy - it’s a fad.

What happens when this “therapy” room isn’t close enough to relieve stress at a given time and instead, people take stress out on someone or property?

Way ahead of you guys. Granted, I got some really funny looks out smashing glass bottles with the slugger. I had an old friend, god rest his soul, pitch 40 bottles at me and found it highly gratifying.

You can have two BF's The only thing you can't do is leave two/one BF as easily as they come.

All about rage. Sadly, smashing glass will never heal the problem. Only complete forgiveness is capable of healing our sense of separation from love, which is always the underlying cause of every problem. Forgiveness is the key to our peace of mind.
