Why aren’t these establishments teaching their students about the community history behind the name? If they want to “change the world“ they have to start with why something happened to begin with in order to make that change.

Good grief this has gone too far! Our history is our history. It doesn't disappear just because you take down statues or change names! If you're going to do this, perhaps you should name the schools after Native Americans...or do you want to erase them,too?
