I feel bad in these types of situations as there are no winners. The hunter didn't wake up that morning planning to kill anyone but made bad decisions which have taken one life and ruined another.

Right. In the dark.

Dusk. Low light.

Don't get caught up in the semantics. It's only manslaughter because he didn't have predetermined intent. It's just legal wording.

Why is hunting even LEGAL? U shoot, & kill a poor innocent animal. For what? Bragging rights, or place the head on your freaking wall. In the words of the late Micheal Jackson," Heel the World."
for this lady's family.
What if animals treated humans they way we treat them. -
Lmao animal rights activists have no place on this comment section
-
I'm not a activist.

Reread your above comment, then rethink your answer

I know what I wrote. I don't belong to any animal groups. However, animals have a rightful place on our earth. People who hunt and kill them for sport, or any reason is wrong in my opinion. But hey...I'll take the compliment.
-
Not a complement, so what you are saying is that it is bad to survive? How do we survive without food?
