There were Angels holding that truck back. Something that big and heavy at that speed normally doesn't stop that quick...🙏

I have watched the video several times. I also think there were angels moving the kid away from the truck. Notice the truck still moving as the driver applied brakes. If the kid had stood still in fright, the truck would still knock him down. but he continued to run. Lucky Kid

Why didn’t the bus driver wait until the kids safely crossed b4 leaving? Doesn’t Norway have “Stop for stopped school bus” laws? If not, get them.

I thought it was a city bus and that was the reason it didn't wait. That's insanity letting kids get off right there.

You gotta give it to the Truck driver & obviously his equipment! Super stable and reliable. Thank God for the kids and engineers for that piece of art

That’s why kids need to cross in front of the bus, not the rear of it. The trucker and the kids would’ve seen each other

How come the school bus doesn't have a stop sign extending from its side? This was so close to being a tragedy. Unbelievable that the kid wasn't even hurt from the fall over the guardrail. I bet that truck driver just about had a heart attack.

That's probably true. I've seen people run the bus stop sign, but at least they slow down. So glad no one was hurt.

I'm not sure..... i suppose children can ride public transportation too. Had to know what's the same and different in a foreign country

True. This video shook me so badly that I really want to know the details here. This is why school bus drivers in the US are required to ensure the kids exit in front of the bus. That would've prevented this entire situation from happening.

It’s a city bus and there is a tunnel nearby that the kids should have used.
