Glad to see they are celebrating the death of 8 people

Give it a rest. Fake outrage is... well fake. The kids of NYC need to feel safe and normal.
-
They’re not. They’re celebrating the courage and resilience of New Yorkers. As a New Yorker, I appreciate it.

Absolutely disgraceful. Should be candlelight vigil
-
Tell that to the kids that this parade is for. Children shouldn't be punished because of an act of terror.
-
Tell that to kids whose parents aren't coming home tonight.
-
Should the President and First Lady cancel their Halloween plans to have a candle light vigil? No they are still doing it, as should be.

I’m sorry but I don’t see how this is appropriate after what happened practically around the block from there a few hours earlier???
-
If you change how you live and what you do because of terrorists then they win. We will refuse to let the terrorists get what they want.
-
No one said to change how you live! It’s called respect! The parade could have been held at another date
-
Changing the parade is exactly changing how you live. Don’t let the terrorists get what they want Gail. This is America. Terror will lose.
-
I shouldn’t have responded to your comment.Apologies.We have different ideas of how to respond to these attacks.I say keep living & be smart
-
No we are saying the same! Don’t stop living! Just NOT while the bodies are still warm! Just put yourself in the families shoes
-
Thank you...one heart in this insane chat.
-
I don’t get it either?? Makes no sense! A parade puts salt on wounds! Should never have happened! So disrespectful to those families

Well that is good! We cannot let them think that they will destroy America or our culture! Bravo! God bless America! Happy Halloween!

Yeah, but for the respect of those injured and killed this parade could have been held another time! Put yourself in the families shoes!
-
The families are from Argentina and some other country, not that it is less tragic but they don’t live here to know and life needs to go on.
-
Have you not read their tweets! They are shocked a parade was a few hours later! It’s f-in disrespectful
