Why are these Dubai skyscrapers always getting lit? Why?

Probably built with poor building materials that are highly flammable and/or lack of sprinklers or other fire safety regulations.

I'd like to think building construction companies in Dubai utilize the most advanced & safe building materials.

But maybe occupants aren't applying enough safety procedures in preventing these incidents.

I'd hope the Burj Khalifa is safer, being that it's the world's tallest! And true, occupants could end up causing fires themselves somehow.

All it could take could be someone dropping a cigarette somewhere or cooking something and a grease fire occurs.

Of course, for the building to go up in flames that quickly tells me something else is wrong, too. Big buildings shouldn't do that.

True, something possibly is wrong with the construction. Could be human error like you stated too.
