Not even remotely. Why even entertain such a preposterous notion?

I'm not complaining. It's a good way to drain $1500/hour from Trump's legal warchest to pursue a charge the courts won't convict Comey of.

-
Ahh...but
@realDonaldTrump stiffs his lawyers.

Yes and he had Malicious INTENT by his own words.
-
But how was it illegal?
-
You are not allowed to disclose contents of meetings with the President. He also said some of the information was classified
-
Not true. Memos he shared were unclassified, and there is no law prohibiting disclosure of unclassified convos with the president.
-
They were memos he wrote as the director. Those memos are property of the US govt
-
They are not classified and not privileged. He was free to share them.
-
Ok here is my confusion. How did he have these typed notes after he was fired? Were they on his computer? Where are notes from Lynch?
-
I don't understand what Lynch has to do with this. As for "why subsequent notes" - these weren't subsequent. They were contemporaneous.

Yes, if he had to turn those memos over & they were written on an FBI laptop that is without a doubt a reason to convict.
#ComeyEspionage -
Nope. Not classified, not privileged, nothing prohibiting disclosure.
