regardless of whether or not it's for the good of society this is a breaxh of privacy unless stated by the school district. It's forcing somebody to get a medical procedure, although minor, without their consent. Not legal.

Tests should be given to everyone that slows their stroll. Kids have been getting tested for medical conditions in schools for over fifty years that I am aware of. Why stop now?

Well if your kid hasn’t been tested and they’re in a school with thousands of students... they would pose a risk to public health if they were positive. It’s 2020. We’re in a pandemic. Be tested or get out of publicly funded institutions. End of story.
