CA legislature had to know these companies would just outright suspend operations in the state right?? Or are they really that bad at making public policy? Probably the latter, regardless, they’re subcontractors. No one can make a good argument they’re an employee

In a country that's has company sponsored insurance benefits are essential. Too many companies moving away from providing it already due to its cost. Either need to change system or require companies to provide it.
