The Supreme Court ruled that when there is a public emergency- states can inact laws to protect its citzens. So, no Karen, it does not violate your constitutional rights to require a mask in a store. You either wear a mask or do your shopping online.

That data has been out there for a while. I suspect the decision has far more to do with the virus spiraling out of control and how it's making politicians look. And maybe all the sick and dead might be getting to them. How high did that number need to be?
