It’s not “removing” funding, it’s redirecting funding that’s currently going toward police (that shouldn’t be) and putting it toward other uses. For example, police should not be responsible for dealing with people who have drug addictions, rehab centers should be.

Wait we have not been putting enough money into those communities? Guess what else reduces crime in areas. It’s an abundance of JOBS! Poverty can lead to crime in regions. To reduce poverty we need our economy moving again now.

But we also need an education system that is better than this nonsense of get the test scores for money. We don’t teach basic life skills in school anymore. Interviewing, credit cards & ratings, proper job etiquette. None of that is taught anymore.
