NOTHING fundamentally changes in US policing until we have actual gun legislation. Turns out, not having the constant REAL threat of getting shot in the face makes cops in every other developed country a lot more chill. Look for tons of resignations. Too hard to police here

Sry true. But SCOTUS can review laws already on the books and determine its constitutionality. Them not reviewing the law, tells congress to not do anything about it..because, well, according to SCOTUS, it is considered constitutional. They are cowtowing to the police not people
