That’s not what the poll says. The poll says you OR someone you know. That’s a huge difference in meaning. A lot of younger people may not be concerned for themselves but concerned for an older relative.
I've seen no indication that tests here in NV are easily accessible without restrictions, except in a few rural counties. I feel that I'm still out here on my own in this.
Poll could also say, "How concerned are you that you or someone you know could be targeted by the IRS?" Probably the same results.
