Wrong. Compare New York and rest of the country. New York is going down while the rest of country is actually rising again from a small decline it started a week ago. Now with certain states reopening, it will keep rising.
If you remove the data from NY, the country as a whole is on an incline... With places opening and people refusing to wear masks or keep their distance...
Maybe they should shut down and clean their 24/7 subway cars in the Hotzone instead of talking trash to Georgians, Floridians & Texans about going to the beach & getting a haircut.
