I can tell you, as someone in Shenzhen, perhaps 4 hours by high speed train from Wuhan, that everything locked down within about a week everywhere-- temp checks, masks, self-quarantines, offices and schools shut down, etc. Measures were way more serious here.

Everyone who wants to protest should sign a contract precluding them from 1) going to the hospital—and thus endangering medical workers & using tests, vents, etc that cld go to other patients—should they fall ill 2) interacting with anyone other than their fellow protesters

One good thing about Wuhan virus is that it is apparently devouring the regular flu virus. Influenza cases dropping off fast.
