This is the transcripts of the surviving officers testimony. He clearly said that Nate says “ I give up” and was detained. He also says that Nate did not ask them to follow him into the house or lure them. They came into the house to serve a warrant. So what did he do?

I don’t understand our Justice System. I was watching forensic files on HLN where they investigated the death of 5 young girls and the killer received 30 years. I watch the second show where the killer murder 12 prostitutes and receive 25 years. What kind of system is this?

The worst law should of been aiding the killer, the person who pulled the trigger should die, however guilty by aquaintance is really too harsh for aquaintance sentence.
