It's theoretically possible that an existing vaccine might be adapted, for some marginal value. Also some antiviral meds may help. Best bet is containment; postpone one's infection as long as possible, in hope of better vaccines and/or treatments. Need to do better in future.

Yes there are. George just doesn't like to talk about it. Even the night President Trump's Press Conference with a team of top notch experts addressing the nation's public. ABC refused to even air it. NBC, CBS, local Fox. NOTHING.

AI is already being used to speed population health screening. It might also be used to speed up in vitro screening of treatments or even vaccines. Claims are claims. There are protocols for vaccine development, for good reason. Lab -> Animal -> Human clinical trials. All take time. 1yr is FAST. Sure, we could just throw some stuff in a beaker & try it out on a thousand prisoner "volunteers", but some of us have ethics.
