Forget Georgia. Give us the percentage of Atlantans with a criminal record. Guessing it’s way way higher. Must be a reason for that.

The reason: (a) Minor traffic offenses are criminal in Georgia; and (b) people in Atlanta drive a lot.

Georgia legislation would give non-violent former felons a chance to expunge records. Great idea!

Except the DA loves to upgrade charges to felonies....to force pleas...You complete your obligations your record should be expunged!
