Parents today have no idea how good they have it. Ladies, it is sad that the left is pushing motherhood as something negative, nay, it is the most rewarding thing you can ever do. To me, to think that other work can ever be more important is a societal ill.
-
I don't feel rewarded. I never have. It doesn't mean that I don't love my kids and it doesn't make me a bad person but never in my 24 years of parenting have I thought, Wow, being a parent is so rewarding. It isn't.

Any conservative accusing this of being "anti-motherhood" has their head firmly in a blown out diaper. This article is talking about how the "you can have it all" daydream of yesteryear is a lie and that parenting is hard work and deserves more recognition.
-
This article is best served for things like paid parental leave and greater family planning, and social safety nets. No. If you want "anti-motherhood" propaganda, please do go on about why we need to cut education and healthcare for the mothers that don't get their due.

If she’s crying over her problems with one baby, wait till she has a toddler and a newborn and it’s winter, cold and snowing. You’re a shut-in with two little kids and no place to go. I couldn’t wait to go back to work so I could talk to adults.

Yup yup yup. I’m glad someone is talking about this. Because is absolutely ridiculous to judge a stay at home mom or dad. It like being in an asylum. People who think stay at home parents are lazy should stay at home for at least two weeks.
