What is the expected wholeb body does for an average set of X-rays? How many mREM are we expected to receive? How much lead shielding do we get? My teaching leads me to believe that 2" of lead will be one tenth thickness of shielding. What are we gaining?

Is the thought that based on the number of medical exposure to radiation expected to be received per patient per year that we'll stay below the federal limit of 5 REM per year and therefore should not care? How would we track cumulative dose of patients?

We've considered ending our requirement for full-lead body suits to be worn whenever someone uses the portable x-ray florescence machine. Simply too impractical to have everyone in the office wearing them whenever Dr. Peter's wants to do some analysis.

Consider all the harmful stuff I was exposed to, all those years of mimeograph machines.
