I wanted to lose 10 pounds. My physician recommended intermittent fasting. The last meal I eat is a light supper. The next meal I eat is a light lunch the next day...meaning I've "fasted" 18 hours. First 2 days were tough, but, I lost those 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
