No, it is not strange. Yes, we the Canadians find it all so disappointing our closest ally (and neighbour) is declining so rapidly. I’m tempted to just go over there and drag America back up to its former glory, and by force if needs be.

people may not like it but the fact she held them bought time for the american public and politicians to put pressure where it was needed. I dont believe any of them would have voted to call witnesses without the added pressure

She delayed it 3 weeks over Christmas when everyone was on vacation. The fact there is even a debate about the appropriateness of it is ridiculous. It is absolutely timely, and any delay immaterial.
