Some people deserve to die because if they were not put to death because they have already deliberately mortally killed and injured innocent people or they would mortally kill and injure defenceless innocent people who cannot fight back or defend themselves.

New idea: people on death row can opt out of it by agreeing to terms & conditions and instead act as dummies for new medicines/experiments. Will avoid the unethical practice of animal testing and it’s better to see the human results rather than in animals.

Unknown consequences of the experiments. A risk many would probably be willing to take rather than dying

Sex offenders for example. They will never be remorseful or sorry about what they deliberately do, in which case they have to die, because they will kill or mortally injure others with no mercy.

I bet your pro life too
