Always thought this. If we tell kids that Santa gives gifts according to how good they've been, and a good child from a poor family gets scraps while their malicious bully of a classmate from a rich family gets everything they want, what is the good child supposed to conclude?

No, disagree. People can tell their kids Santa brought the gift. If you cant rationalize why you didnt get something as a kid once you're older that's on you. Not everyone has a economically fortunate upbringing, I didnt but i understood once I grew up
