I just read the article and it says it will not name the suspect because the suspect can’t defend themselves in a court of law. You know, Michael Jackson has been dead for a long time and yet he still gets accuse of crimes he didn’t commit and also he can’t defend himself.

This is a perfect example of unintended consequences, i.e., having one's DNA unlawfully used in a criminal probe violating a person's Fourth Amendment and Fifth Amendment rights. Much as I'd like to know more about my background, I will NEVER use Ancestry or anyone else...ever!
