That is one of the things that firefighters do in most towns. I know that I didn't know all the ins and outs of a car seat until I went and watched them adjust it. It takes 10 minutes and is completely worth it.

Pretty sad commentary that one cannot read this story and believe the grandpa firefighter was simply helping out a lady with small children. Maybe he stayed because she was cute, but maybe he was just doing what public servants are supposed to do...
