Why hasn’t anyone thought of installing a guard rail that raises and lowers? It stays in the up position until the sensor recognizes a train is stopped in front of the platform and drops into the floor to allow passenger crossings. When the train is ready to pull away, it goes up

I’d prefer a system that blocks signals in stations, on trains, in shopping malls, bars, restaurants, restrooms. The zombie pests are out of control. If they really need to check what Kim Kardashians is having for lunch...go outside...

Perhaps in her peripheral vision she mistook the train across the platform as her train. Not realizing the space in between.
