A lot of these guys were raised by people who didn' t value education and many of them were truants throughout the years they should have been attending school. Warnings are not something that would necessarily compute with them or the people they're talking to.

They got caught at Leavenworth recording conversations with inmates and their lawyers, judge warned them to fix it. They didn’t and cost them big time. She’s having every single one of the cases redone and some exonerated and fined them big time. It’s illegal!

One troubling thing: when it suits the prosecution, they dump a bunch of phone calls on you (the defense attorney) in discovery. If there are calls that tend to exonerate, they fight any attempt to subpoena or say they are magically “missing.”
