Net neutrality is just a way to censor the dissemination of information. They want to control what the people have access to.

You’ve got it backwards- net neutrality frees it up - doesn’t allow Internet providers to charge different rates and give speeds to different customers

Conservatives only lik state's rights, it allows them to oppress minorities, and make money for corporations.
#Hypocrisy -
They love state’s rights when it suits their purposes but then accuse states like California of being lawbreakers when it doesn’t

They backed down because they know they will inevitably lose. A state can’t facilitate rules over a federal utility. The Feds could shut down their pot stores and whatever else they think they can pass laws. Soon the sanctuary state crap and immigration overall
-
You’re wrong they’re waiting for a DC lawsuit to play out. And Cali has paved way against feds before : for example car exhaust emission/pollution laws. One of the few states powerful enough to fight the big multinationals when they try to screw over the little guys

How are they allowed to pick and choose which federal laws they comply with? Can we send some US Marshalls to the statehouse?

Some Internet Providers just started REDIRECTING TYPED URLs. Wrong URL pages no longer say "page not found", you will see they load their search engine. THIS IS THE FIRST STEP in redirecting where you attempt to browse to make money from big advertisers & start tracking you.

I really don't get how the FCC can say it has no authority to regulate the internet but then tell states it can't either. If the FCC do not have the power to regulate ISP as they claim then they should have no say in the regulation of ISPs.
