You obviously never watched kids, Rico. Especially with this condition. All it takes is one second. Have some sympathy, man.
With this condition, he should've paid closer attention. It takes one second, and in the next you should be able RI to take 3 steps to catch him. Fck outta here!
Fair enough to raise suspicion... but kids with this condition sometimes are super hyper, fast. All it takes is one second. Keep that in mind and let’s point fingers after the whole ordeal. They will find him, watch.
My 6yo non-verbal/ASD child has zero awareness of danger, loves water, and wanders. The parents should be taking extra precautions with their special needs child. I agree that all it takes is a second, but we can acknowledge that and still be aggravated at the negligence here.
This is a lil sus to me but I really hope they find him alive and safe.
It’s common with kids on the spectrum. They are called runners. My son out grew it. But it was scary in those years, have a chain with a lock to my door to this day

It’s not the running that bothers me. My own kids are prone to taking off. It’s the parents’ reaction and elements of the story that have me concerned. But we’ll see what happens. I hope my suspicions don’t pan out.
Hope they find him soon. These stories stick with me
we pray for him
They will find him alive
Something about this doesn’t feel right. They probably would have found him by now if he wandered off
This is happening all over! People are going missing in National parks around US and Canada. It has all the signs of a #MISSING411. it happened around water, the child had a disability. something is happening, and we want to know.
Praying for his safe return.
My 6 year old son is also non-verbal autistic, and I know better than to take my eyes off of him near water, or anywhere in public/outdoors. It's not wrong to be aggravated about people not keeping a closer eye on their children especially if they have special needs.
I so want him to come home safe. There’s been so much lately happening in the news. I hope this wasn’t his parents’ doing.
