I cannot figure out why this killer's defense claim is cited along with her crime in every headline. We don't do that. It certainly isn't stated as fact by news organizations.

Oh good, see
@ABC, this is how one writes a less-biased headline.https://twitter.com/NBCNews/status/1038965543980740609 … -
Even that one is framing her defense as undisputed, I'd prefer the word claims added to the headlines

Raise your hand if you've ever worked a 12 hour shift and not forgotten where you live.

-
Seriously?? I used to work 12 hour night shifts for years, tired af and I can say I never walked into the wrong house. Nice try!
-
Right? Somehow, I've managed to make it to the right home as well.
-
And supposedly she’s so tired but was alert enough to deliver a fatal shot.
-
Your right, this woman clearly decided at the end of her day she was going to throw her life away by breaking into another man's apartment and killing him. Pretty reasonable.
-
As if people don’t commit murder every day...bad attempt at sarcasm.

the guy who apparently was her ex? is this that case?
-
so thats not the case where she mistook her apartment but they were witnesses of her screaming "let me in"? mmm so then it means there are two similar cases wich might be worse?
-
There's a story going around that they dated and its fake. They didn't know each other. He open his door confused like who's trying to get in my apartment. When he opened the door she shot him.
-
Really? Which burglar opens the door while committing burglary? Got a bridge to sell you...
-
no, the person inside the apartment openned the door, not the police while being inside the apartment
-
Correct.

Drugged or drunk or both. How did she shoot first without noticing decor and furniture? Something awfully wrong here
-
Even smell. Every home has a distinctive aroma. How could she not have even noticed that??

Stop reporting her side as if fact. The fact is she murdered a man in his own home. It is NOT proven she didn't know where she was or what she was doing there.
