So if someone’s motive is racism, we can’t challenge them anymore?

-
I think that term is used too loosely so yes, it's in the same bucket you won't find consensus only more divide
-
If someone says “you shouldn’t question my motives”, that’s your cue that you better ALWAYS question their motives. Someone who has nothing to hide would never say that.
-
i think what Biden is trying to say is that if you dismiss someone because you think you know what their motive is than you aren't listening to their actual thoughts and feelings and you will never have a constructive argument about actual solutions...
-
I’m willing to listen in good faith to anyone as long as they honor the principle of reciprocity.

It may be impossible because they are playing to many games from all that. Affecting the goals that need to be set as responsible Senators in House. The American People have to have some stability to count on.
-
If there wasn’t so many games going on, this change of questioning, and telling who can and can’t do what! Wouldn’t be happening. It wouldn’t be an issue!

Nothing like a career pol with a fake tan, fake teeth, and fake hair pontificating and denouncing something he himself did/does incessantly.

Wow. I liked his speech until he said don’t question people’s motives. Someone’s motive will tell you a lot about what kind of person they are and the character they embody.
-
I think you miss the point. When someone questions your motive they are usually putting in an ugly motive they find expedient to their cause and is often not your true motive. It is easy to say because how do you prove otherwise?

Mr. Biden, Your eulogy was very moving and endearing to Senator McCain who I’ll be missed. Thank you for showing such respect to our country and wonderful man.

This is BS. Biden denounced McCain as an angry man and taking the low road to the highest office in the land with a campaign of fear and personal attacks in 2008.https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-politics-biden/long-time-pals-biden-and-mccain-now-spirited-foes-idUSTRE49C0QS20081013 …

I hope that through the legacies of John McCain and Ted Kennedy we all can live for the future, that we all can come to the place of peace and agreement. They wanted, in their own ways, what was the best for all of us and were willing to cross the aisle for us! God Bless you John

Ted Kennedy, are you being funny?
