As a @verizon customer, I am deeply disappointed that they even thought to do this, implemented it and due to the backlash, decided against it. Lives are on the line! #Horrible #badbusiness

Inexcusable. FF and First Responders often use their personal devices in order to get access to apps and information they need that they might not have access to otherwise. How about providing as a public service?

As a firefighter who has Verizon this is very concerning. I depend on my personal phone to contact other engines our chief while we are working these large fires. This only makes out job a bit harder. Thanks Verizon
