so he’s pissed that the state has refused his refusal and is refusing to agree with their refusal thus causing him to sue the state for refusing to accept his refusal? I refuse to believe this.

buzz off bigot.

You understand the irony in calling someone a bigot because they don’t want the Government shoving a set a beliefs down their throat that they don’t believe in, right?

Probably the best action is to take your business elsewhere. I'm sure there are many bakeries in the area who would love to make your cake. Worst pain is in the wallet. Don't add fuel to this small minded flame. Just go elsewhere and give your business to a real bakery!

Why would anyone want that asshole to bake their special occasion cake?! Heck to me consider it a blessing he refused. Just think of the disgusting additives he could have secretly put in it.
-
He could have, but he didn't. He could have made a horrible cake, but he didn't. He could have refused to make any cake at all for that person (he'd have violated CO's law then), but he didn't. Perhaps the fact that he didn't should tell you something about his motivation.

Aye, that too. Read the whole complaint--the complainant didn't just want the transition cake, he wanted a series of other quite disgusting cakes as well.

Sheer baiting of that man. The Supreme Court may need to intervene.

That baker should close up shop permanently. They don’t belong owning a business.
-
By “they” do you mean private business owners?
