He went around looking for trouble . He’s just been waiting to shoot someone his life wasn’t in danger?

Just pulled out his gun in broad daylight and murdered someone in a public area where kids were present. He clearly has issues and the fact that he almost got away with it is appalling
-
The fact that he's even eligible for bail &allowed to travel within his county means the coward still may get away w/it.The judicial attitude toward him doesn't treat him like the dangerous guy he is, based on his history. His concealed gun permit should have been revoked long ago

Stand Your Ground doesn’t apply to the person who initiated the altercation. It’s actually Jacobs who acted in defence of his family. Drejka is guilty of at least manslaughter. Should be murder.

He also had the right to inform people they were illegally parking in a handicap spot without the proper placecard/plates.He also had the right to make a citizen's arrest. The husband was the aggressor who pushed the man down taking it from a verbal disagreement to a physical onepic.twitter.com/1wCB7sVXR6

Did the man who was shot have a history of throwing strangers down onto the pavement in parking lots? Don't put your hands on people, you never know how someone will defend themselves.

Irrelevant, once the other guy physical assaulted him and made a move to him while on the ground, it was within his right to shoot, according to the law as written
-
Even though the man clearly was backing away when he was shot?
-
He did, but once he made the move toward him on the ground he had a reasonable argument that he feared for his life/safety.
-
the guy who was shot really the smaller guy back hard &,down to the ground. But it looked like he was backing away-wonder if what I saw was a slowed video,&how his action looked frm position of the shooter-did he see the guy backing away before he fired?Or does it matter legally?
-
My guess B would apply. Once on the ground a kick to the head would be “great bodily harm” Once he approaches him on the ground, that’s where it can be reasonably argued that he was preventing it.pic.twitter.com/QuLlpnqHrz

This is one reason not to make any snap judgments in a case like this.
